Today is about drawing attention to an issue often overlooked — the everyday obstacles that make our streets inaccessible for people with disabilities.

From cars parked on footpaths to bins, signage, and clutter, these barriers can turn a simple journey into a challenging — and sometimes unsafe — experience.

Accessibility is everyone’s responsibility. Small actions — like keeping footpaths clear — can make a huge difference to someone’s independence, dignity, and safety.
