Hope Monday is going well! ❤️
It’s nice to have free time over the weekends to spend with loved ones or do something we enjoy without worrying about work obligations.
And sometimes starting the week of work can be really tough going.
But if you feel like this every Monday, if the thought of returning to work is even spoiling your Sunday evening.. it might be time to reflect on what’s happening...
Job unfulfilling? Burning out?
Taking sometime to ourselves can give us some clarity.

I love this idea!!
I’m going to start this today. I’m sure my 12yr old son will love it but my 15yr old son may not be as impressed 😂 A friend also suggested the lovely idea of also putting one positive affirmation each day on my own door too to remind myself that I’m a good person. I think that is really important too!, especially at the moment.
So many people are finding things really tough at the moment. I know I am too. This lockdown is affecting a lot of people’s mental health like nothing before. Children are also very sensitive to the negativity which is everywhere. So let’s all do what we need to do to look after ourselves and each other: tell someone you love them, tell someone you appreciate them: tell someone you’re there for them..and most of all tell yourself these things too ❤️
