We had this mk6 gti dsg in for tuning
Making huge gains in the midrange where it will spend most of its time , 145ftlb gain at 3500rpm . Totaly Transforming how it feels on the road .

This mk7 gti came in already tuned . Customer complaining of running issues and drivability problems . When running it up on the dyno it would break up and misfire around 6200rpm and then go into limp mode with misfire codes stored .
The ecu was forcing the lambda request to protection mode resulting in injection times being too high which then result in misfiring.
Once calibrated properly we didn't have any misfiring and made nice reliable power .

Mk7 powermax stage 1 gti back now with the addition of a revo intercooler, charge pipe kit and r600 intake . Small adjustments needed and now able to acheive 406hp 406ftlb on 95ron while still feeling like an is38 turbo .

Audi a4 b7 tfsi model .
Same engine characteristics of a mk5 golf gti .
200k miles on the car so we kept the boost low and worked on the cam and ignition timing to get the best results .
Finishing with 265hp and 280+ ftlbs

This got a stage 1 ecu and tcu along with a intercooler
With the added efficiency of the intercooler on 95 ron fuel
We were able to acheive 313hp and 340 ftlb with ease .

Mk5 gti we done a while back .
Came in with some running issues , misfiring at high rpm and melting spark plugs .
The valve springs on the exhaust side were weak . Then at high rpm when the exhaust manifold pressure pre turbo is high it was opening the exhaust valves and contaminating the combustion charge , causing misfires . We repaired the issues and carried out a k04 turbo conversion along with supporting mods .
After calibrating we acheived 320hp and 360ftlb with a very smooth torque and power curve .

This mk7 had a little more end float play than we'd like in the turbo , and was also suffering with heatsoak, down a little power on the stock runs due to this , we tuned the boost to taper up and down with a peak lower than what we would go for usually to prolong the turbo life . Still making it a totally different car to drive and gaining just shy of 100 ftlb in the midrange .
