Join us in Drogheda Library for a special afternoon of Teddy Bear stories and songs to celebrate the start of this year's Summer Stars Reading Programme. The Teddy Bear's Picnic takes place on Friday 20th June at 3.30pm and is suitable for children aged 3-7yrs, booking is essential and children must be accompanied by an adult. And don't forget to bring your favourite teddy bear!

On the 22nd of May we had Gordon the Farmer in to visit all the boys and girls. He spoke to them about farming🌽🧺, animals🐄🐑🐓, machinery🚜, and farm safety🦺.

The big hit of the day was getting up close and personal with the big John Deere 🚜

On the 12th of May we had Dr Lauren visit all the boys and girls to talk to them about her Job, she also showed and let them explore with lots of equipment and materials they might see if they were visiting the doctors or hospital 🏥. The children truly enjoyed the visit.

It's safe to say we might have a few new doctors in the making. 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️🚑🧑‍⚕️
