πŸ’œ Little Steps to Safety πŸ’œ
Learning about safety doesn't have to be scary.
Through age-appropriate activities, stories, games, discussions, and creative exercises, Little Steps to Safety helps preschool children explore feelings, identify safe and unsafe situations, recognise trusted adults, and build confidence in seeking help when they need it.

Because every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and supported. πŸ’œ

Healthy relationships are an important part of a young person’s wellbeing.

CourAGEus is a programme designed to help young people recognise warning signs, understand respect, consent, boundaries, and communication, and know where to seek support if they need it.

By starting these conversations early, we can help young people build safer, healthier, and more respectful relationships.

For more information about CourAGEus, please contact:

Young people today are facing pressures both online and offline.

The CourAGEus Project creates safe spaces for young people to have open conversations around relationships, confidence, boundaries, peer pressure, online safety, and recognising unhealthy behaviours.

Did you know? πŸ’œ
Attachment theory suggests that in the early years of life, children need a strong, safe bond with at least one caregiver to help them feel secure, confident and emotionally supported.
When children feel securely connected, they are more likely to explore the world with confidence, trust others and feel safe returning for comfort and reassurance.

Our Heart to Heart Programme supports parents and children in building stronger emotional connection through gentle, trauma-informed support and attachment-based approaches.πŸ’œ

Most young people aren’t taught how to recognise abuse…
or what to do when it happens.
The CourAGEus Project is changing that.
Through interactive workshops, young people learn to spot the signs, understand healthy relationships, and support themselves and their peers.
Because awareness isn’t just knowledge…
it’s protection.
