This project involved a full removal of the old tiled fireplace, back panel, and hearth — all taken out carefully to protect the room.

What We Did:

• Installed a new black back panel

Chimney Restoration & Leak Repair — Before & After 🔧

This customer contacted us after noticing water coming into the house.
On inspection, we found:
• Cracked and failing chimney crown
• Damaged lead flashing
• Poor flaunching around the pot allowing water to pe*****te

To fix it properly, we:
✅ Removed the damaged chimney crown and rebuilt the top section
✅ Installed a new capping slab with drip edge
✅ Fitted a new pot with a rain and bird guard
✅ Fully re-plastered the chimney stack for a clean, watertight finish
✅ Re-did all lead flashing to seal against further leaks

Now the leak is fully resolved, and the chimney looks as good as new — protected and ready for years to come.
