Start today. Not tomorrow, not next month, not next year. Today.
That’s how you reach your dreams — or at least, that’s how I want to see it.
One of my ultimate goals is to own a house in Ireland. The housing market makes you want to scream, but I’ve decided the way is forward; step by step.
I took this photo in West Cork, and it captures what that dream looks like for me: green rolling hills, running water, and the kind of peace you can feel in your chest.
What’s one thing you’re determined to move towards in the next year? What’s your ultimate goal? ✨

There’s something comforting about a warm bowl of soup, whether it’s a chilly day or a bright summer’s day. This Finnish Minced Meat Soup is the ultimate cosy meal for any occasion! There are probably as many recipes as there are cooks, but my version uses minced beef, hearty vegetables, and a sprinkle of fresh parsley. It’s a simple, budget-friendly, delicious, and freezes amazingly. Perfect for a weekday lunch or dinner.

Who else loves a good bowl of Finnish Ham & Pea Soup? 🍲✨ I’ve taken my favourite pea soup recipe to the next level by adding a creamy mustard sauce! It’s a game-changer for any comfort food lover. Not only is it gluten-free, but it’s also a great way to reduce waste with leftover ham or turkey. Try it out and let me know what you think!

It’s been over a year since our trip to Northern Ireland. I keep going back to the wonderful, wonderful weather we were given. This is the Magheracross viewing point, and the Dunluce Castle in the background, in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Ireland really lives up to its name — Emerald Isle. So green and lush! Every moment here is pure magic. 🌱 Last year, I explored Killarney National Park and discovered the mesmerising Torc Waterfall. At 20 meters high and 110 meters long, it’s a stunning piece of nature nestled at the base of Torc Mountain.
