1 vacancy for a Sales Assistant – Restore Charity Shop
Duties include goods intake, customer service, operating tills, receiving donations of goods , sorting and rotating stock

2 vacancies for Assistant Youth Worker – Cobh Youth Services
Duties include after school activities, youth café, outdoor activities, homework club.

3. 1 vacancy for a Project Worker PAKT Programme - YMCA Cobh

Duties include Assisting with duties involved in weekly after school groups for children and teenagers. Planning activities for children and young people and preparing materials. Help organize and host family events. Take part in team meetings. Help to recruit participants. Any other duties that arise as agreed to with the Supervisor

4. Environmental Worker - Cobh Tidy Towns

This position is primarily an outdoor position with Cobh Tidy Towns. Duties include grass cutting, landscaping, painting and litter control. The applicant needs to be able to work on his/her own initiative and also as part of a team. A full B Driving Licence is necessary for this position. The successful applicant should have an interest in how the town of Cobh is presented in terms of cleanliness and appearance and how it performs in the National Tidy Towns competition.

Eligibility to participate in Community Employment is generally linked to those who are 21 years of age and over and are in receipt of an Irish Social Welfare payment for 52 weeks or more.
