Price Adjustment for 2021

Dear Customer,
P4ML would like to inform you that we will implement our annual general price increase effective January 1, 2021. This annual increase is required to enable the continued investment in our clinical services, both globally and locally, and to also ensure that we have the capacity and capability to deliver the required service quality across our range of clinical services.
The price adjustment for 2021 will be an average of 4.9% and will apply across all clinical services. We hope that by providing this early notification this supports you in your planning process for the coming year.
On December 31, 2020 the United Kingdom will leave the EU Customs Union. Whilst P4ML is used to dealing with a wide variety of trade barriers and obstacles, this development implies the incurrence of significant additional operational cost by the company. In order to ensure the continued service excellence our customers expect, from January 1, 2021 a fee will be levied on all dutiable shipments between the UK and European Union countries, both inbound and outbound. This fee may be adjusted, should circumstances change significantly.
