“In Chains”

Sculptures by Krzysztof Rosa and I was honored when Rosa asked if I could create graphic illustrations to go along with them.

The art works in the exhibition explore the theme self-imposed mental enslavement. The metaphorical chains that restrict our freedoms, choices and potential. There is no bigger prison than the one you build for yourself. There is no longer sentence than a life sentence you impose on yourself.

The exhibition is open to the public in Douglas Street Campus from Sept 30th to Nov 8th 2024, Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.

“My first tattoo” oil on wooden panel 🎨

This piece was create in a hyperrealistic workshop run by Who is a brilliant artist and teacher giving great direction and very informative. I did the workshop last year and liked it so much I had to go again, I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting to level up their oil painting skills. Workshop was organized by that has run by another amazing award winning artist whom also teaches, also thanks to for who was the translator and very helpful all around!! The girl in the painting is an AI generated image which is mad! The wood panel I used was larger than the reference image so I added in the shoulders and decided to make up the tattoo as I went along which was fun and I got some great tips on working on tattoos from Antonio!!
