I teach English as a foreign or second language with an emphasis on pronunciation and conversation. I aim to aid in the improvement of your speaking and understanding of my mother tongue, English, through interactive exercises and experiential learning techniques. All Leif's Lessons are full immersion and cater specifically for small groups. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to my family farm located in beautiful West Cork.

Black Friday idioms:
"in the black" = Your bank balance is on the positive side of zero. Aka: not in debt. "I'm back in the black" = I am out of debt, I have paid off my debt.

Well in John Steele Gordon's article, he suggests that Verb conjugations, Irregular verbs, Nouns and Adjectives in English are easier. Where as Spelling, Pronunciation and Vocabulary are harder. He suggests that the flexibility of English to adopt foreign words but pronounce them using English phonetics is how it has become such a power. This still leaves us searching for Spelling, Pronunciation and Vocab.
