Pretty horrendous..this is why the feathers I use are collected differently, I use feathers naturally shed by farmyard and wild birds (and cleaned) or birds that are specifically farmed for this purpose, the farmed birds are used for meat also so there is no waste. I don't agree that birds should be taken and killed from their natural habitat just for our tittilation.
