Evening Class, every Thursday:
Express Weigh In: 5:30pm - 6:00pm
Full Class: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Men Only Class: 7:00pm - 7:30pm

As Weigh Day approaches... for some if you today, for others Saturday, I want you to remember not to be intimidated, scared or anxious about your result..... IT IS JUST A FORMALITY AND I DONT EVER BRING A BEATING STICK TO CLASS 🤣. Everyone has a starting point and it's not something that should bring on negative emotion. It is just a number!!! I'm here to support and guide you. The only person who scrutinises the numbers is you... please stop the negative talk and judgement to yourself. It only leads to a bad state of mind when you're trying to do something positive in your life. See you soon. Katie 🥰🥰

Ratatouille!!! Just fry off a red onion, 2 bacon medallions, a red pepper until softened. Add a cup of water, chicken stock cube, dried mixed herbs and garlic. Add a tin of tomatoes and lots of cracked black pepper. 5 minutes before serving, add in some chopped courgette. Done!! All free on plan and all ingredients purchased at . I worked it out that about 6 portions of this costs €2!!! Sure where would you be going??!! Katie

Basic Week... and you couldn't get more basic than a home made brown bread. Here is an oldie but a goodie from Ann Hynes. 60g of this is free on plan. It freezes really well too. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Have a lovely Wednesday. Katie 🍞

Back to school, back to basics, back to routine... AND WE LOVE IT!!! It's my favourite time of year to get healthy and reach my personal goals. If you'd like to join my class, I'm in the brand new building at the back of the Arches Bar on Thursdays from 4 to 6.30 (class talk at 6 30) and Saturday mornings from 9 to 11 ( class talk at 10.30).
