We are currently recruiting for Full Time Waiting Staff who will work within our Restaurant
• Ability to demonstrate customer service to the highest degree
• Act professional and respectful at all times with both guests and staff
• Promote food and beverage sales on a regular basis
• Handle complaints in an quick and efficient way in order to satisfy guests requirements and communicate these complaints with the appropriate managers
• Must have the ability to carry out all restaurant service duties, including but not limited to; cleaning and polishing of cutlery, furniture and restaurant fittings, set up and break down of conference and banqueting functions, liaising guests requests with the kitchen team
• Engages well with guests and staff, have a sociable and friendly personality
• Attention to detail
• Must perform well in a fast paced environment
• Leave a positive lasting impression on our guests
