If I'm not teaching or speaking at a conference, you can usually find me in clinic, treating feet, Reducing pain and keeping mobility going.

Warmer dryer weather is here and I always try and practice evidence for myself too
Movement is key to a healthier you.

Small goals, more steps. Encourage natural movement in every day living.

The Doppler girls ( Emily & Joanne) talking for Canonbury Healthcare last night.

600 registrations , 400 live.
Global audience and from all professions.
Podiatrists, Foot health practitioners ,Doctors, Nurses.
All coming together to learn early detection and management of Peripheral Arterial disease.

If your calf hurts when walking every time and eases when you stop ! . It's worth getting a vascular assessment with a Doppler.

I spend my working week in clinic, being the best podiatrist I can. Frontline. Helping people stand and move with reduced pain or with intact feet.
The rest of my time is learning and teaching.
Wish for more time in a day to do more!.
