There’s a reason Brazilian coffee is so easy to love. Our Brazil Santa Izabel comes from the high hills of Ouro Fino, where the beans pick up natural sweetness and notes of caramel, chocolate, and a touch of peach. Smooth and balanced, it works beautifully whether you’re brewing filter or pulling an espresso.

Single origin means the beans come from one farm, one region, or one lot. Nothing blended. You taste the place, the soil, the altitude, and the care that went into it. We roast in small batches so the notes stay true to the beans, letting each cup carry a little of the farm with it.
