Im told this is The Four Counties bar in the early days. Can anyone name any faces here? The name John Fleming was mentioned but im not sure........

A photo shared on another page recently showing the pub later known as The Four Counties. Previously the name over the door had been Peter McKeon and Sons in the early 1990s

If you were drinking in The Four Counties pub then it was often that punters might cross the street to have a few drinks in The Archway Bar on run by McKeowns on the opposite side.
Many remember having a drink as young teens but then it were different times and we all had to start somewhere

These 2 guys were absolute best friends

A couple of blues guitar legends Donal Cullen and Rob Strong last night at Gartlans.
Still able to whelm the crowd at 74 years of age Rob Strong played a fantastic gig last there night with his band, with Donal among many other fans watching on.
Maybe Robs set of blues and rock music might prompt Donal and his mates from the Short Fuse Blues to come out of retirement and give a night just like all those years ago in the Four Counties .
Surely someone might have a photograph of Donal and the band from back in the 90s ?
