Hey you Saddlebag
KNF Lactobacillus preparartion
Korean Natrural Farming (KNF) use indigenous microorganisms (basteria, Fungi, nematodes, protozoa) to produce fertile soils and biologically rich environments.
Its something I have always wanted to explore but put on an absurdly long finger. However, the kale becoming exposed to fungal issues has shown me that even the most organic system has weak links and there is still a lot of work to do to create a more biological complex system.
I can choose to see the fungal as a burden but in reality it's an opportunity to learn, grow and improve.
I will keep you posted on how this works out because it has me excited. Reality is most certainly strange. My background is in microbiology and laboratory work which left me unfulfilled. I left to pursue something more fulfilling, yet, here I am creating my own microbes and doing my own experiments with the greatest teacher there is, in the most magnificent laboratory.
I have come full circle
