Originally set up by the late Peter Donohoe Senior & his wife Philomena in 1967, This family run business proudly continues in the hands of their daughter, Olivia Donohoe & her husband James Spring. After studying Auctioneering, Valuations & Estate agency for 3 years in Dublin, Olivia qualified with her degree in Property Management in 1998, from Oxford Brookes University, where she met her husband James Spring. They both returned from oxford together with their degrees where they joined the family business. The Ballyconnell office is located on The Conall Building, Main Street, Ballyconnell, Co. The Carrigallen office is located at Main Street, Carrigallen, Co. Both town allowing easy access to all surrounding countryside, villages & towns, including Cavan town itself
