I'm performing in the Mad Hatters Tea Party this weekend as part of Cavan Arts Festival Cavan Arts Festival in Con Smith Park, Cavan. Saturday and Sunday at 11.30am. Here's info and timetable.

Absolutely!

I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It was the first time in almost 2 decades, I left my the doctor’s office feeling good about myself.
