What a wonderful morning exploring and strengthening the connections between Denmark and Waterford through food, creativity and local producers. 💕

It was such a pleasure meeting the incredibly talented chef Emilie Qvist, who created beautiful dishes showcasing our wonderful regional produce — taking ingredients from farm to plate and turning them into something truly special.

Alongside chef Michael Quinn from SETU and the wonderful SETU students who helped prepare the food, it was a morning full of delicious flavours, inspiring conversations and a real celebration of food and collaboration. 👩‍🍳✨

It was wonderful to see local produce, talented chefs and the next generation of food professionals all coming together.

What a feast of delicious food, creativity and great food conversations! 💕🇩🇰🇮🇪

🌰 I planted these hazelnuts… and now they’re becoming chocolate! 🍫🤎

There’s something so special about walking into my garden, picking something I’ve grown, and knowing it could become part of my next chocolate creation.

These hazelnuts will be roasted, prepared and transformed into delicious chocolate fillings in my kitchen.

But that’s not all…

I’m going to show you what you can do with hazelnuts at home too! 🌰✨

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be sharing some delicious autumn and winter recipes — showing you how I prepare them, roast them and turn them into something really special.

So much of what inspires my chocolate comes from outside my door.

The garden.
The seasons.
The fruit.
The nuts.
The herbs.

Everything growing around me gives me ideas.

And I love bringing those little pieces of nature into my chocolates. 🌿🤎

Every step is done by hand, in small batches, with the very best ingredients — many from our wonderful local producers and even our own garden.
