A Taste of Waterford 🍫✨

A beautiful handmade and hand-painted Waterford Selection, where every chocolate tells a little story of our wonderful county and the people, produce and flavours that make it so special. 💚

🍫 Full Irish — rich dark chocolate with whiskey from Blackwater Distillery and beautiful local honey from Drumhill Honey.

🍥 Cinnamon Bun — a flavour especially close to my heart, as it was one of my absolute favourites when I ran my café. ❤️

🍓 Blackwater Blush — delicate white chocolate with beautiful Wexford strawberries and strawberry gin from Blackwater Distillery.

🌊✨ And my little star… Deise Gold Seaweed Caramel — made with gorgeous Irish gourmet butter and seaweed lovingly harvested from our beautiful Copper Coast by the Seaweed Gardener.

Each chocolate is carefully handmade, hand-painted and created with the very best ingredients, celebrating the incredible flavours of Waterford and beyond.

The ride from Cappoquin to Ballyduff is truly magical, picking up a bottle of Full Irish Whisky from ,amazing Blackwater Valley 🥰

I’m so incredibly happy to share that I’ve been selected for the Kilkenny Design Makers Academy! 🤎🍫

This marks the beginning of a wonderful new journey for me and Cocoa by Judit — an exciting opportunity to take my small chocolate business to the next level, learn, grow and continue developing my craft.

I’m truly honoured to be part of this programme alongside so many incredibly talented makers who have also been selected. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone, learning from each other and embracing every opportunity this journey brings.
