A special thanks to Cara for organising this wonderful event.
The Women’s Recovery Café recently spent two wonderful days in the stunning surroundings of Glendalough, soaking up nature and enjoying each other’s company.

Stepping away from the busyness of everyday life to rest, recharge, and reconnect is so important. Spending time with supportive women, sharing stories, laughter, and simply being present allows us to come back to ourselves.

Nature has a special way of calming and grounding our nervous systems, reminding us to slow down and appreciate the moment.

To sum up our two days away: breathtaking scenery, beautiful women, meaningful connections, and lots of belly laughs. 💚✨
