Cattle Body swapped to fresh Chassis for Germaine Livestock
Chassis cut to length and fit
New aluminum waste tank fabbed up and fitted
2 aluminum rear gates made up and fitted
Inside gates given some tlc with fresh sheets of steel
Up / down valve fitted for easier loading

Rubbing plate and king pin changed after failing CVRT
Timbers removed
Old plate burnt out and Chassis cleaned
Replace with 10mm steel plate and complete kingpin
Painted and timbers refitted

Fresh seals and pistons polished for this Binotto tipping ram. Ram was leaking oil when tipping. Genuine seals always used.We also service Edbro and hyva tipping rams, front mounted and underbody.

2 aluminum arches and 1 steel arch made up and fitted for a roll over cover for a regular customer . Brackets made to install rear arch

1 of 2 tipping bars replaced recently for our regular customer
Old bush and bar cut out
Chassis bushes machined to fit
Bar replaced
Chassis rail timber replaced also
Grease ni***es fitted and back to work
