To come through the door as you always do.
Because I know always with you,
You,ll bring a smile and more taboo.
To hear you moan about your kitchen,
And we just laugh while your a bitchin.
We get stuck in and clean it up,
Then you make tea/coffee for all of us.
Your chair is right beside the door,
So you can greet and then to pour.

Mick Dunne Gentleman Scholar and beautiful young man. RIP Mick.
Today is a very sad day for our shed members. We have lost another major part of our shed family. PRO and First Responder Mick Dunne has been taken from us. Mick came to us through a personal friend looking out for him, Cliff Ried. Mick was a very quiet young man, it was my greatest pleasure to know this gentleman. It didn't take Mick long to settle in. It got to the stage we could not shut him up.
He gave as good as he got slagging and always took it on the chin. His favourite past time was to speak Jackeen. I could have bitch slapped the bejasus out of him.
You walked through the shed door the kettle would go on and coffee or tea would be made, this was his pride and joy. Sausage Saturday you could lose a limb when he was cooking, he hated anyone in his kitchen.
I'm sure I say it for all the lads in the shed you will be sadly missed by one and all Patricia won't be able to tear you a new one, Judith will miss you in O,Briens.
Athy has lost a great Character and wannabe Dub. I will have to learn to make me own coffee. I will miss you little brother as will Friday Night Darts Paddy Imed and Liam.
God bless my Friend RIP.
On behalf of the Athy Mens Shed, I would like to thank Garda Sean O Mahony and Patricia Berry for their support and constant updates about our dear and close friend Eddie Kilpatrick. We would like to thank Civil Defence, Fire Service, and divers for their professional skills in finding our friend. You will always be in our hearts. May God Bless each and every one of you.
Thank You.
