Our journey with hand stamped pet id tags stemmed from the frustration of the engraving wearing off every tag we bought in a pet shop, I have been working in the pet industry for over 20 years and have seen this problem time and time again and have heard many stories from rescue centres of finding dogs with tags on but the info was no longer legible.
