I’ve been in Bali for 8 months now. 🐬🩵🦋🌎✨

What I actually feel called to write is behind each of these photos has been extreme homesickness, oceans of tears, grief of Ireland, missing family and old versions of myself, things I’d hoped to workout collapsing, overwhelmed with this world, dreams that fall through, fleeting friendships on such a transient island, mould poisoning, moving home 6+ times, loneliness..

AND YET

My heart has been ripped open to life, I have found such peace within the world regardless of circumstances, I find myself learning how I deserve to be loved and the love I get to pour into myself, my connection to God, the most incredible souls I connect with on my path, ideas and work channeling through me, abundance in so many forms, the healthiest most delicious food.

When I went on my healing journey years ago I genuinely believed if I felt enough I would never feel sad again. I’ve always wanted to pick one side. But feeling deeply is the beauty of this life. You get to feel it ALL. The capacity for feeling pleasure is intrinsically connected to the capacity to feel pain.

So if you are sensitive little bean like me know you are loved unconditionally. All of you is welcome, all facets, pieces, parts are waiting to be expressed and danced home. I love you. ✨🐬💚🌎🦋

I took 5 months off Instagram as it doesn’t hold much of a place in my life. In this time I truly feel I have found the richness of each moment.

Life feels most rich to me when your heart is burst open with love from God, for the prayers you seek and the people you meet.

I truly feel like I’ve aged 50 years in the past 6 months from life experience. I feel I have been ripped open again and again to find more and more love to carry for this world.

For everyone who has supported me all these years I want to extend my appreciation to you. Rose oil, cacao, God and connection has truly changed myself and life before my very eyes. It has been my current theme.

I feel like a living miracle and you should too. I love you ❤️🌹

Happy Women’s Day. I cannot express how much Women mean to me. We are a living breathing altar of the divine feminine embodiment like the Earth we walk upon.

I feel I’ve devoted my life and purpose to the divine feminine and embracing all her storms all these years.

I awakened to this magic when I moved to the Canary Islands and began doing yoga everyday, womb connection and my heart began bursting open.

I moved to Bali years ago to study womb healing and feminine embodiment.

I studied Celtic Shamanism for a year bathing in the power of the Earths feminine healing when cultivated through prayer, drumming, activations.

I lived in Guatemala as I trained in Cacao Ceremonialism and became obsessed with Cacao. She’s like a wild feminine jungle that taps you into your divinity as a divine feminine creator and reflects a woman’s body.

I lived in Ireland last year and I feel deeply connected to the land of Ireland. It is so fertile, wild and alive. I spent months in what I like to call my womb portal. Painting the feminine body and studying her by reflecting my entire space through the birthing process of a woman.

Every country I’ve lived I’ve always created an altar to honour the divine feminine and the Earth. Vision boards and images of free births as I see it as the most divine expression and initiation a Woman can go through.

I have deep sisters all over the world who I adore and give gratitude everyday for having such incredible friendships. You know who you are. ❤️🩸

I guess what I’m trying to say is I adore women. I adore sisterhood. I adore the feminine body and the living prayer that we are.

A Woman is an altar. A living prayer to life and death. If you are a Woman or have came from a Woman 😉 I want to celebrate you. The very living breathing energy of a Woman that pulsates through every one of us.

Mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, lovers, you are incredible. I bow down to you today in reverence, great honour and love for the force that you are.

And most importantly I celebrate you. 🌹

It’s hard to put into words how heart opening this past month has been for me. And to celebrate the force that is love what better way to celebrate than a flower bath hehe!

No but in all seriousness every path, painful moment, experience, tear, anger, lesson I have walked down continues to humble me back to the force that is love.

We are all one web of love experiencing itself in our individual bodies. We are all connected to the one ever expanding source that is love.

And what better way to celebrate source and life than to exist in the very love that you are.

Whether you’re in love or “single” celebrate the very divine unique blueprint of love that you are. That is your gift. Your unique web of love and creation that pulses through your very being. You are love, I am loved. We are loved.

I turned 26 a week ago, and it’s hard to put into words just how much this past year has meant to me. A year ago, I moved to Bali, Indonesia, to start a new chapter at 25 and to move through grief, not knowing the magic that was waiting for me. In this year, I truly lived. I laughed in ways I hadn’t since I was a child. I fell in love—not just with people, but with life itself.

Before this, I was so deeply wrapped up in healing that I forgot what it meant to feel alive. This year reminded me. It cracked me wide open. I found the kind of friendships that make me speechless as I amazed by their beauty, kindness and wisdom. I’ve never laughed so freely or had more fun. I’ve never felt so completely in my body, so connected to my health, my energy.

In my work, I found a new purpose. I gave psychic readings to hundreds of people and shared my words with millions around the world. All inspired through joy.

This year took me to places I’ll never forget—Guatemala, where I drank cacao, listened to Bob Marley and became completely unhinged in laughter everyday. I was crying from laughter on a daily basis. I moved to Costa Rica after, where the ocean became my sanctuary and seashells my treasure. I revisited places like New York to film a documentary, Estonia to attend MindValley University, and Canada to reconnect with my roots and realizing how far I’ve come since those early days of dreaming when I moved to Canada at 20.

But what stands out most is the connection. In a world that feels more disconnected than ever, I’ve realized that connection is the medicine we all need. To be seen, to be loved, to be truly understood by others—that’s what healed me this year. It’s what made me the happiest version of myself. The incredible friendships that have walked into my life. It is truly a miracle.

I encourage every one of you to make connection and laughter your main priority. I am bursting with love for every human I connected with this year and I want to thank you all. Thank you to you, to life, to love. Besos. ❤️✨🌹 Here’s to another year. ☀️
