DAUN UBI TUMBUK

Bahan
- 1 ikat daun ubi, ditumbuk (jadinya sekitar 1 mangkok sedang)
- 2 buah kecombrang, potong-potong
- 1 liter air
- 120 cc santan kara
- 2 batang serai, geprak
- Garam, gula, kaldu bubuk secukupnya
- Teri medan goreng utk taburan

Bumbu dihaluskan
- 6 siung bawang merah
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 10 buah cabe rawit merah
- 4 butir kemiri
- 1 sdt biji ketumbar
- 1 1/2 ruas kunyit

Pelengkap sambal terasi, lauk sesuai selera, nasi putih

Cara membuat

1. Rebus air bersama santan, serai, bumbu halus. Didihkan

2. Setelah mendidih masukkan daun ubi tumbuk dan kecombrang. Tambahkan garam, gula, kaldu bubuk.

3. Masak hingga daun ubi matang. Sajikan bersama taburan teri medan goreng dan pelengkap lainnya bund..

Untuk 5-6 porsi ya bund"....
