Roasting design systems and manipulation of internal pressures (air flow, power and temperature patterns)
Roasting profiles and the development of specific taste profiles (sweet, acidic, complex, intense wood and full bodied)
Roasting for specific extraction methods (roasting for low pressure extraction methods like cold brew or filter extraction, and roasting for espresso and other high pressure extraction methods.
Roasting and grinding (bean development and particle size distribution)
