One of the best time for Architopia

Simple bedroom hotel design for our client in Semarang. We try to change the ambience from the old interior design into this simple elegant concept design, and they're happy with the changes.

Kaliurang Townhouse - this is our first project at Kaliurang Jogjakarta, one of developer from Jakarta asked us to help them develop their site.

Konsep dari rumah ini berasal langsung dari style si klien yg menyukai sesuatu yg vintage dan industrial. Hal tsb terlihat dari koleksi mobil dan motor klasik yg dimiliki klien. Dimana koleksi-koleksi tersebut ingin dapat dinikmati dari dalam rumah namun harus juga mempertimbangkan faktor keamanan untuk anak-anak mereka kelak. Dari keinginan dan konsep tsb kami membuat flow linear dalam desain rumah ini.
Konsep vintage dan industrial rumah ini lebih kami tekankan pada bagian interior dan bukan pada fasade bangunan karena si klien tidak menginginkan rumahnya menjadi pusat perhatian, sehingga fasade bangunan rumah ini pun kami buat sangat sederhana dengan permainan bata, beton, dan metal, tiga material khas dalam style industrial.

The main concept of this house comes directly from the client, who is really passionate in vintage stuffs and industrial style design. His passion is shown by collecting classic motors and cars.
Supporting those idea, we would like to design a house that just not only a house to live, but to show and enjoy his collection, too. And linear flow is the most suitable choice for their needs.
Our client does not like his house catch to much attention, so we emphasize the vintage and industrial concept in the interior side (such as: choice of furniture, room layout, and props). For the facade, we simplify the design by blending brick, concrete, and metal, as three main material in industrial style design.
