Tanau is run by a couple, Brigette & Nate. Nate worked for Gordon Ramsey in the United Kingdom and Bridgette worked at Mozaic in Ubud and Nobu in Malaysia. Their style of cooking is Indonesian fusion, putting a twist on classic Indonesian dishes that creates interesting new flavors.
