Ijen arrives in Jakarta!

Ijen is one of Potato Head’s continuous projects in innovating towards sustainability within the hospitality industry.

Spearheaded by our own Culinary Director, Chef Wayan Kresna Yasa, Ijen is the first seafood restaurant in Indonesia to follow zero-waste philosophy through the implementation of multiple circular economy initiatives spread across the built environment, the products and the people itself.

From 20 to 22 November 2020, Chef Wayan Kresna Yasa is excited to personally present guests with Ijen’s one-of-a-kind outdoor barbecue experience at Kaum Jakarta.

Kaum Santap Malam is a series of culinary escapades highlighting different types of Indonesian dishes, cooking techniques and ingredients.

In Santap Malam first series, 'Sesatean', guests will embark on a flavourful journey through Omakase-style dining experience and explore distinct tastes of Satay from West Java, Central Java, Bali and Lombok.

Guests can also choose to add selected Kaum Koktil to their Santap Malam experience.
