Selama ini, gua hampir ga pernah bikin dirty latte, ya simple karena susah dan ribet ya 😅

Menurut gua buat bikin menu baru tuh banyak variable yang perlu dipikirin, salah satu yg paling dasar adalah bahan baku. Semakin banyak bahan baku semakin besar modalnya, semakin ribet proses bikinnya, belum lagi masalah penyimpanan.
Tapi karena akhir-akhir ini gua tertantang buat explore dirty latte dan akhirnya gua nemuin satu bahan baku yang bisa bantu gua buat bikin menu jadi lebih simple, lebih efisien, lebih terkontrol juga costnya, ditambah enak lagi.

Last week, I visited .id at Puri Indah Mall.
I was curious to try their White Americano. It was a fun experience because they asked me to step behind the bar and make my own coffee! There, I got to taste their espresso blends, which had both chocolaty and fruity flavors.

Honestly, my favorite was their Sunset Blend! Fruity and floral, it was great! I turned it into an americano (Sunset Americano), which was just too good to miss! But the real highlight was the White Americano. I have to say, it was amazing! Creamy with a sweet orange flavor, it was a totally new experience for me. They also have a Ramadan seasonal menu, which I loved.
So, if you are around, I recommend giving it a try. It's definitely worth the visit.
