In 2021, Michael Packard was diving off Cape Cod when a massive humpback whale suddenly scooped him up and swallowed him whole.
For 30 terrifying seconds, he was trapped inside the whale’s mouth in total darkness. Then, just as suddenly, the whale surfaced and spit him out.
Miraculously, Michael survived with only bruises and was back diving again just weeks later.
