Can posture change in just a few moments?
This example from the DNS Clinical Course B in Zagreb shows the immediate effect of targeted activation based on DNS principles.
Before activation, we can observe a more pronounced spinal curvature and asymmetry in standing. After activation, the posture becomes visibly more balanced.
A great example of how postural stabilization and movement strategy can influence the way the body organizes itself in standing.
Small intervention. Visible change. And a great opportunity to learn through practice.
