Since it is really difficult to get a good looking cannele and I still working (hard) to get a foolproof technique to bake them, every Thursday I bake some cannele and sale them if they are good to go. And I name it with

Gateau Basque.
Almond pastry dough with pastry cream full of vanilla inside. Our house smells so lovely everytime I bake this cake!

We are perfecting our cannelé. Until there, we are no longer opening pre orders for this super delicious crunchy caramelised crust and soft custard full of vanilla flavor that can melt your heart in every bite... GOODNESS!!

From now there's gonna be CANNELÉ THURSDAY. We'll be baking this little temptation every Thursday and sale it to the fastest buyer. We'll inform you whenever it's ready through our IG story. Fair and easy right??👍
