Creating with your hands is a form of meditation. Being completely immersed in what you doing. The focus on what is being being created. It’s so therapeutic and that’s why we love it so much.

OUR ACTIVITIES!

Breath & Movement by
This practice combines breathwork inspired by Kundalini, somatic movements, and explorative vocalization to connect you to your heARTspace and open yourself up to creative expression. We use this as away to access our body's wisdom, to tap into our emotions from a relaxed and raw place, and connect with the language words can’t speak to express and transform them into art.

Connection Games by Through games and group activities, we'll practice creating meaningful connections with one another and discover more about ourselves.

Self-Discovery by into fire
Who am I and how many? We think we are this one person with a fixed name and identity, but psychology suggests otherwise. In reality, there are several personalities that reside within us. By taking a playful and lighthearted approach, we can get to know them better and, in turn, ourselves.

Creativity and subconscious mind by Marina
Come, explore and learn how to tap into your subconscious mind via creative practices.
Get more clearity, cultivate creative problem solving and non-linear thinking.

Expressing emotions through clay by
In this workshop we explore the use of clay to express emotions. You will be guided through a process of becoming aware of what emotions you are holding within and allowing and shaping the clay into something that reflects them.
