The biggest problem with personal trainers that is often seen is that they fear the word sales as if it's some kind of insidious practice that only gets money out of people. They see selling as a dishonest way to achieve their benefit. But they don't even realize that sales as a discipline is in everything they do and needs to be learned. Selling is not only about the one-sided advantage and disadvantage of the client, quite the opposite. Selling will allow you to find a win-win situation, that is, both the trainer and the client will be satisfied.

Personal trainers' biggest mistake in advertising is that they don't sell any entry product to recoup their advertising investment. Mostly, they launch an advertisement for their service 1 on 1, when they get at least a contact with a potential client.

One of the biggest mistakes that most trainers make when advertising on social networks is that they do not acquire email addresses or do not know how to properly work with them to bring them profits.

In most cases, trainers advertise their 1-on-1 services, and if the ad is properly targeted, it will attract potential clients. A certain percentage will stop communicating, some will not come to the agreed training, and a smaller percentage of them will establish cooperation.

The biggest problem with personal trainers on social media is that it's all about them. They display their achievements, their form, and their exercises. But they don't show anything that might be of interest to their ideal clients.

The first thing to understand is that social media is for your audience. It's not your diary where you take a picture every day to see how you change over time.

Social media should only serve to educate and/or entertain your audience. They are not meant to make you spend more time on them than necessary. You need to look at social media like business media. The biggest mistake personal trainers make when setting up a price list is selling a one-time product that they have to sell all the time. People are driven by their emotions and therefore it is almost impossible for clients to come in regularly under such conditions. They are not to blame. The biggest problem with setting up services by personal trainers is that they focus on just one service. The worst option is that trainers sell free individual training sessions or 10+2 packages.

A slightly better option is that they sell collaborations for a certain period for a monthly payment, where they sell a comprehensive service (eg. 1-on-1 training and a diet plan, etc.). This results in several problems.
