A társad éppen befejezte a saját részét, és most te jössz a prezentációban. De hogyan is kellene befejeznie, és neked elkezdeni, hogy ne törjön meg a prezi?🤔

A cél a lehető legsimább szóátadás tagok között, mert akkor nem zökken ki a közönség az előadás ritmusából.😊

Szóval semmiképp se: “És akkor most átadom a szót a társamnak.” “Köszönöm a szót, én erről fogok beszélni…”🤢

Inkább használjatok kreatív elemeket. Például az egyik ember kérdez valamit, amire a másik válaszol, ezzel folytatva saját részét.😍 Vagy a második személy befejezheti az első elkezdett mondatát.😁

Ezentúl az is fontos, hogy ne legyen túl nagy különbség hangerőben, próbáljatok kb hasonló hangosab beszélni, legalább az átadás közelében.😉

A második embernek rögtön magára kell vonnia a figyelmet, hogy az első beszélő hátra tudjon vonulni feltűnés nélkül. Rögtön kezdj el beszélni miközben előre sétálsz. Itt lehet kell kicsit gyakorolni, nehogy egymásba ütközzetek.😅

Your teammate just finished saying their part of the presentation, and now it is your turn. How should they finish their speech? How should you start speaking?🤔

It matters! The new person and the new voice breaks the previous flow of things, so you should try to make it as smooth a transition as possible.😍

You should direct attention to yourself when you start your part by walking forward, taking your teammate’s place. This might take some practice, so you don’t accidentally knock into each other.😅

To not break the flow of speech, try to match your levels. It can be sudden and even scary if after a soft-spoken person someone shouts!😱 Try to meet in the middle instead.😉

Use connecting phrases between the two parts. One person could ask a question, that the other answers. The same can be done if you finish each other’s sentences.😄 This will make any presentation look extra professional🤩

Csapatban kell előadnod, de nem tudod, mi a helyes viselkedés miközben éppen nem beszélsz? Ne aggódj, itt van pár tipp, amivel tökéletes csapat-prezentáló lehetsz😉

Bármiféle mozgás vagy hang elvonja a közönség figyelmét arról a társadról, aki éppen prezentál.👀 Tehát neked elsődleges feladatod, hogy ez ne történjen meg.🙅‍♂️

- Próbálj meg egy hátsóbb sarokban állni, zárt testartással (ahonnan könnyen ki tudsz lépni, amikor te beszélsz)🧍‍♂️
- Semmiféle hangot ne adj ki, főleg ne karkötő/óra birizgálásával🙊
- Támogató arckifejezéssel hallgasd a társadat😊
- Képzeld magad egy békés szobanövénynek, vagy egy jólnevelt biztonságiőrnek😎

És szintén fontos, hogy mindig nagyon figyelj arra, éppen mi történik a színpadon. Attól még, hogy most éppen nem beszélsz, te is előadó vagy, és a szóátvevést profin kezelned kell (többet erről nemsokára)😁

Do you present in teams, but don’t really know what the proper behaviour is when not speaking? Don’t worry, here are a few tips to become the best team presenter ever!🤩

Movement and any sound catches the attention of the audience (and draws it away from the person speaking)👀 So your No.1 job is to make sure that doesn’t happen🙅‍♂️

- Try to stand in a back corner of the stage, with closed body languge (from where you can walk up when it’s your turn to speak)🧍‍♂️
- Don’t make any noise, especially not by messing with a bracelet/watch🙊
- Appear supportive of your teammates through body language and expression😊
- Think of yourself as a well-mannered bodyguard or peaceful houseplant🤗

It’s also important to always pay attention to what’s happening on stage. Even if you’re not speaking at the moment you’re still a presenter, and you have to execute passing the word professionally (more on that later)😉

NUP tréningre tervezel jönni? Itt van minden, amit tudnod érdemes előtte!😎

A NUP vagyis a nowUpresent Academy egy jelenleg a Corvinus Egyetemről operáló diákszervezet. Prezentációtechnikával foglalkozunk, azt tanuljuk és tanítjuk.😊 Elsődleges célunk, hogy saját képességeinket fejlesszük és hasznos tudást adjunk át bárkinek, aki előadni szeretne (és ráadásul jól szeretné ezt tenni😉).

A tréningjeink során rengeteg interaktív és bulis feladat vár a résztvevőkre.🥳 Készülj fel, hogy kis csapatokban fogtok dolgozni, és egy kiselőadást elkezdve azt elő kell majd adnotok.🤩 Erre természetesen építő visszajelzést kaptok majd a kompetens trénerektől.🤗 Ha bármi kérdések akadna, azt nyugodtan kérdezzétek a tréning alatt, így alakítani tudjuk a tervet, hogy minden témát érdeklődés szerint feljtsünk ki.🤔 Ha bármi előadói tapasztalatod van, nyugodtan hozd fel példának, hogy minden résztvevő tanulhasson belőle.😁

If you are going to attend a NUP training, then go no further: here’s what you can expect!😁

NUP or nowUpresent Academy is a student organisation operating out of Corvinus University. We work with (meaning: learn and teach) presentation techniques.😊 We want to develop our own skills and provide useful knowledge to anyone who has to/wants to present in their life (and want’s to do it well😉).

On our trainings we aim to do just that, with lots of interactive excersises and fun tasks.🤩 Trainees are also expected to work in small teams to create the beginnings of a presentation during the training, and even perform their parts, receiving useful feedback from competent trainers.🤗 You are encouraged to ask any and all questions you have during the trainings.🤔 If you have any presenting experience, feel free to bring it up, so all attendees can learn from it.🥰

Amikor online prezentálunk, szoros keretek közé szorít be, hogy mit lát a közönség.👀 Előadóként csak egy kis téglalapban jelensz meg a már amúgy is kicsi képernyő sarkában. Ezzel a testbeszéd és a térhasználat nagyrészt elveszik, hiszen nem látja a közönség.😔

Segít, ha a tartalmad és a hangtechnikád a szokásosnál is érdekesebb, így nem annyira feltűnő, hogy mi mindent veszít a közönség.👍

Emellett néhány apró trükköt is kipróbálhatsz, például:

Próbáld meg a kamerát úgy elhelyezni, körülbelül nyak- vagy állmagasságban legyen.📷

Kerüld a hátfényt, ezzel az arcod sötét lesz és nem látszik a képernyőn. Ülj inkább úgy, hogy az arcod előtt vagy mellett helyezkedik a fényforrás vagy ablak.💡

Keress egyszínű vagy letisztult hátteret, hogy ez se vonja el rólad a figyelmet.🤍

Próbálj meg felállni, esetleg elég távol állni a kamerától, hogy az egész felsőtested látszódjon, hogy minél több testbeszédet belevihess az előadásba.🙆

Ha megnyitod a kamera applikációt a vetített diák mellé, akkor a közönség nagyobb (vagy legalább általad szabályozott) méretben lát, és nem mellesleg te is látod magad.😁

Online presentations box you in, limit how much you can use your body language and the space in which you perform. The audience can only see a small box of you, and even that will only appear in an even smaller box in a bottom corner.😓

The best practice is to make your content and voice super-duper interesting, so the loss of body language isn’t as bad.😅

Here’s some tips to gain back some of what presenting online makes you lose:

Try to place the camera around neck- or chin-height, so it shows you at your most flattering angle.📷

Make sure the light source is not behind you, but instead in front of you or next to you.💡

Try to present in front of a simple, calm background, so it isn’t very distracting form You!🤍

Try standing up and away from the camera, so more of your body is visible, and you can incorporate body language.🙋

If you open the camera app next to your slides, the audience can see a bigger view of you, and even you can see yourself.😍
