Head of Talent-et keres a Budacode!
Keressük azt a lelkes IT recruitment-ben tapasztalt - a vezetéstől vissza nem riadó csapattagunkat, aki szeretne egy dinamikusan növekvő cég egyik építőköve lenni.

Rólunk röviden:
- Jelenleg 12 fős lelkes fejlesztőcsapat vagyunk, Budacode néven
- Web technológiákkal építünk digitalis termékeket főleg német / amerikai ügyfeleknek
- Gyorsan növekszünk, de mindig meg szeretnék tartani a barati hangulatot az irodában
- Olyan IT recruitert keresünk, aki szívesen ismerkedne meg a HR további területeivel is. Sőt, szívesen kísérletezne és építene ki HR folyamatokat, HR stratégiát

A következő feladatok várnak Rád:
- IT recruitment projektek end to end kezelése - jelöltek felkutatása, szűrése, interjúk szervezése és lebonyolítása,
- Egyedi HR stratégiák kidolgozása
- Employer Branding felépítése
- Employee Experience folyamatos fejlesztése

Amit Tőled várunk:
- Legalább 1 év szakmai tapasztalat IT toborzás területén
- Elhivatottság a toborzás iránt
- Lelkiismeretesség, megbízható munkavégzés
- Lelkes, pörgős személyiség
- Csapatszellem

Amit mi tudunk biztosítani:
