Írtam a 2022-es évemről, a gyógyulásomról és arról, hogy ha valaki elindulna/továbbmenne a felszabadultsághoz, könnyedséghez, a békében és örömben létezéshez vezető úton, szívesen segítek coachként vagy akár más formában. 2022, a vad ló Nem tudom (talán csak sejtem), ti hogy vagytok vele, nálam 2022 egy eszméletlenül intenzív év volt. Az utolsó hónapja viszont nyugodtabb lesz, úgy döntöttem. A vad ló lecsendesítése. A karácsonyt és egész decembert azzal fogom tölteni, aki a legfontosabb számomra. Saját magammal....

Hola, here is my new blog post in 4 languages and a video in Spanish about how we can use mindfulness in a (language) learning process. You can switch between languages on top of the page 😊🙏
My idea in the coming weeks is to publish blog posts in 4-5 languages with a video that's in a different language every time. Hope I can help some people with these ideas!

I've been home (in Hungary) for 7 months now with no interruption of any travelling (absolute record in the past... what... 15 years?!😯) and I can say I am more balanced and peaceful than ever.

I've started playing around with some of my old cookie cutters.
I guess not many of you know that I used to have a little healthy cake business in Barcelona. Baking used to be one of my greatest passions until it became my job and a huge stress factor... it was definitely not a failure, it was a lesson.
Cakes and cookies were not my path. Human interaction, sharing stories, teaching people and constantly learning from them... This IS my path.
Life has its ways to teach us lessons. Sometimes these are tough ways. But hey! Hell YES we can!👸🤴

I finished my 10-day silent meditation retreat a month ago.
I wrote too much about it so I split it into 2 posts. It took me a month to write, so you can surely spend like 10 minutes to read it (if you are interested in living a more peaceful life, that is😉) What you can see here in the picture below is the nice meditation cushion I used during the course.
And the good news is: the post is way more interesting than the cushion, I promise!🥳 Warning: very personal content!🤷‍♀️
