We are looking for candidates to join our Support Team. Our company is a privately owned company, dedicated to design and manufacture products of information technology and bank sector. We serve distributors and end-users around the world.

SUPPORT MANAGER, HELP DESK ANALYST

THIS WILL BE YOUR JOB:
· Answer contacts promptly and professionally
· Provide assistance with inquiries and problems such as software, hardware and network issues
· Use problem management and help desk systems (Confluence, Freshdesk, Kanban, etc.)
· Troubleshooting via remote access
· Manual software test
· Provide training to the service technicians of our distributor partners
· Represent our company on IT exhibitions

THIS IS WHAT WE REQUIRE:
· Strong knowledge of English language is a must
· IT skills in Windows, SQL Management, Networking
· Good communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience in support field
· Customer orientated
· Open personality
· Willingness to travel

GOOD TO HAVE:
· Linux experience
· Technical skills (PC Hardware, Network building)
