Focus artist #65 : Dumbo
techno musical journey behind the decks started just a year ago with an all-nighter for the books. Since then, his sound has taken a major turn. Starting out in industrial techno, he gradually fell in love with bouncy rhythms, while developing a deep interest in groovy sounds and schranz.

Since his debut, he’s had the chance to play at many venues across Budapest, leaving memorable moments for dancers along the way. Now, he finally gets to play at Toldi Klub - a long-time goal for him.

This Thursday, come catch his first-ever B2B with Vayl for a special set that’s set to tear the place down. ☄️

After a wild house and hardhouse session in Turbina yesterday we meet again next week in to celebrate labor day 🪩

And we enjoyed it so much last time that we felt another bounce night was needed. See you on the 30th to shake our body one more time, early birds are available!

Focus Artist #64: Tscheri

Tscheri, one half of the DJ duo , is an Austrian DJ/producer who has been active in Budapest over the past year, including appearances at EDR, Hausi Bp, Erasmus Budapest and Endo. His sets focus on deep basslines and groovy drums and percussion, rooted in house and UK garage.

Over the past year, he has played at popular venues such as Toldi, Europa Boat, and Pontoon, and is now looking forward to his debut this Thursday, the 23rd of April, at our house/hard house event at Turbina — and so are we.

Focus Artist #63 : baeker

Budapest-based DJ is known for shaping the Hungarian capital’s club sound with his energetic sets rooted in house and UK garage. Thanks to his refined selection and an instinct for forward-thinking rhythms, he has performed at many of Hungary’s well-known festivals and clubs, as well as across the United Kingdom, Austria, Denmark, and Serbia.

As one of – if not the – most defining figures of Hungary’s UKG community, he brings club culture to
the airwaves through his ongoing residencies on Subtle Radio (London) and Tilos Radio (Budapest). Also with having mixes aired on stations including Rinse FM, Mode London, and Radio Rudina, baeker continues to reach audiences beyond Budapest’s clubs, maintaining a growing presence in the scene.

We wanted to invite him for a while and we are very glad to have for our first House/Hard house edition at this Thursday 🪩

What. A. Night. This was a proper way to celebrate the reopening week of !

After a packed reopening at Turbina, we’re heading back to the venue and this time taking over the Klubroom to dive into another spectrum of electronic music. Expect a special house & hard house line-up designed to lift the mood and keep the energy high.

Focus artist #62 : Moritz
aiff is a German DJ/producer who has been active for the past couple of years in Budapest, including many appearances at EDR events, delivering a raw and energetic blend of hardgroove, tribal, and dub techno.
His sets aim to create a unique atmosphere during late nights and early mornings and he always very much succeeded.

Through the years he has already played at popular venues such as Turbina, Toldi, and Pontoon or Europa Boat and is looking forward to closing the long-awaited Turbina reopening on April 9th. So do we!
