Magyar fejlesztésű villany-sportautó debütált az AMTS-en | Autoszektor Az AMTS Magyarok a világ járműgyártásában c. kiállításán leplezték le az Amber One magyar fejlesztésű sportautó első, egyelőre karosszéria nélküli prototípusát. A teljes mértékben működőképes jármű egy év alatt készült el a nulláról, tiszta lappal kezdve.

You are probably wondering: what is this Amber One Project exactly and what significance does it bear? It's simple, really.

We felt that time is just right to shed some light on what has been going on behind the curtain for over a year now. Before we began, we had this vision where people drove around in nice electric cars, and clean, noise-free cities, which contributed to a better, healthier lifestyle, and all this put a huge smile on their faces. Imagine that!

We wanted to do our part in forging this future. So we started developing an electric car. Not just any car, though, it's a sportscar. The obvious and most exciting choice for any speed enthusiast, collector and geek. Or a team of engineers, who want to maximize a developmental project's potential. To complicate things even further for ourselves, we set out to make it as lightweight as possible.

Then again, what's the purpose here? What we want to accomplish is not only to create a car that accelerates fast to blow your mind. We want to lay down the basics for a truly viable concept that corresponds modern mobility standards and brings something new to the table.

So in light of all this, what does this unveiling mean? It means, we have reached a milestone, a point where we're able to say and prove: we have started something. And this something comes in form of Amber One's prototype platform, which will be publicly presented tomorrow.
