This song is an impression of the frustration that hangs in the air for years now as the people are so quick to judge anyone for anything no matter the context of their saying or actions. The internet is the new god that judges just the same as the cruel religious ones hence the title with a humorous twist because we need the laughs now more than ever. Also, a cool 90s/2000s disco vibe is in the air, let’s have some fun.

"I’m happy to disappoint you"

I closed last year with an album that brought me to the depth of lo-fi instrumental music and I just kept going. Here’s the first single from my new wave of electronic era. This a deep house piece that makes you sink into a catatonic state with it’s rhythm, bass and a catchy melody. Get ready to press play again and again because it’s gonna spell a cast on you for the rest of the night.

I debuted a little more than 2 years ago with an 18-track-LP filled with music I created in a world of electronic music with no rules whatsoever. A year later I released an EP, then a couple of months ago the sophomore LP that shifted my creative process and so I haven’t stopped for a second but went on great lengths to make another milestone with this kind of a return-to-where-it-all-started instrumental record.

Trying to cope with the new directions of modern life and how humanity is changing as it evolves for better or worse, the album title “Fake Flower For Fake People” with the tracklist and the samples say everything I need or want to write lyrically as of now. Just vibe to the flow of this faux bouquet of songs as they bloom.

So my third album “Fake Flowers For Fake People” is coming to all streaming platforms midnight, 13th December 2024.

I released my sophomore album less than 3 months ago and with its last song I offered a path I’m taking you down on now with a new track as the herald of another upcoming record.

I sampled my dad’s old drum set and made a fierce beat that is the main drive of the song with a raw and dirty sound but it has its purity and comfort. “Tony” is a lo-fi, energetic breakbeat with an eerie vibe that blends 90s drum and bass with a modernish bassline and it has a genre bending ending that sinks into the depth where all grady’s music is rooted, the madness of The Shining hence the title “Tony” as the vanishing twin of Danny Torrance.
