Pelješac and the Bay of Mali Ston are famous for some of the best oysters in the Adriatic, and this is much more than just a lunch stop. We take guests by boat directly to the oyster farms, where the oysters are pulled straight from the sea and opened right in front of them.
The taste is completely different from oysters served in restaurants. These are incredibly fresh, creamy, full of flavor, and have that real clean taste of the Adriatic Sea. Even guests who usually think they don’t like oysters often end up loving this experience.
What makes it even more special is the whole atmosphere, cruising through the bay, meeting local oyster farmers, enjoying wine by the sea, and experiencing a side of Croatia most visitors never find on their own. Chances are if you’re a man you’ve worn a tie or Cravat. But where did that tie originate? The wearing of a cravat started in Croatia back in the 16th century as a part of Croatian traditional costumes. During the Napoleonic wars, it became recognized as a fashion from which the French adopted.
