Erasmus Student Network Split is a non-profit international student organisation. ESN is one of the biggest interdisciplinary student associations in Europe.
We are present in more than 430 higher education institutions in 37 countries. ESN was established in 1989 and legally registered in 1990 for supporting and developing student exchanges. ESN is operating on three levels:
- Local
- National (http://www.esn.hr/)
- International (http://www.esn.org/).
And with that, EGM Split 2026 comes to an end. 🇭🇷✨

Friday started with a morning plenary session dedicated to the celebration of the Erasmus Generation. The theme for this year’s EGM edition is Port of Mobility, Gateway to Skills.
The audience was entertained by the enjoyable presence of:
Tajana Mohnacki as the Moderator
she shared interesting stories from her ESN journey and facts about mobility in Croatia
Simone Lepore (President of ESN) & Camille Odent (Directorate-General for Education, Culture, Youth and Sports)
talking about joint European degrees and life after ESN
Nathan Lusseau (ESN), Olga O’Sullivan (University of Limerick), Nannette Ripmeester (ELM), Brikena Xhomaqi (LLLP)

And Rui Vihna (Treasurer of ESN) & Marco Comotti (WPA of ESN)

Day 1 of EGM ended in style, on a true Dalmatian note, with “Duje od krokanta” as the surprise of the night. 🇭🇷✨
Participants of Europe’s largest student conference enjoyed live music and excellent food at the Dalmatian Dinner, showcasing the rich tradition of our beautiful host region.
This is just the beginning. This is ESN. 💙
