And still I am committed to my gentle zen practice
7 years of relationship with yoga
Exciting begginings
very motivated & physically challenging asana practice
Slowing down, grounding in my flow
Experiencing different teachers in zen tradition
Starting my meditation practice
Going deeper and deeper into buddhism and zen teachings
Diving into teacher training for 2 years
Becoming buddhist
Experiencing zen meditation retreats and impressive breaktroughts
Letting go my old life for Y O G A only!
Living in yoga school in Mexico at the Pacific ocean

The beautiful ones
The hard ones
Let's grow together!
Alone is good
Together is messier
but more exciting
Ta***ic path is ticket for a spiritual express ride!
Rapidly evolving trough the shadows and boundaries and human mirrors on every step.
Becoming human more than ever and loving my human experience!
Dancing on festivals, having fun, enjoying life!
Everything is sacred!
Ta**ra, mantra, cacaosito la medicina..and repeat it all..
Coming back to the my heart ♡
Drinking cacaosito in the beach at Atlantic coast..
In front of my house
Right here, in Brasil
In my dreamplace for a long time
Radiating gentle love
Embracing pathless path
Embracing myself as my own guide
Giving thanks to all traditions
And minding my own businesses and my own life
Finding joy
Beneath it all
Coming back to serve to us all
Sharing and caring from my very personal embodied experience
Respecting my own natural flow
Striving and letting go
Like the ocean tides
Up and down up and down
Up and down up and down
Respecting the day and the night
Moon cycles and
The cosmic dance between Earth and Sun
Seeing trough the challenges in life that are always pushing me to grow into new self
Breathing and smiling
Smiling and breathing
Satisfied and content
Ofcourse, not always!
But thats the juice of it all
Like surfing
Standing and falling
Or meditation
In and out
Perfecty there and than being aggitated
And than coming back to meditation.
Breathe in
and
Breath out
Fall and come back to
your surf board

“The idea of Zen is to catch life as it flows. There is nothing extraordinary or mysterious about Zen. I raise my hand; I take a book from the other side of the desk; I hear the boys playing ball outside my window; I see the clouds blown away beyond the neighboring wood — in all these I am practicing Zen, I am living Zen. No wordy discussion is necessary, nor any explanation..” ~ D.T. Suzuki

“Dogen Zen-ji said, ‘To know yourself is to forget yourself.’ We might think that knowing ourselves is a very ego-centered thing, but by beginning to look so clearly and so honestly at ourselves—at our emotions, at our thoughts, at who we really are—we begin to dissolve the walls that separate us from others. Somehow all of these walls, these ways of feeling separate from everything else and everyone else, are made up of opinions. They are made up of dogma; they are made of prejudice. These walls come from our fear of knowing parts of ourselves...
“So to know yourself is to forget yourself. This is to say that when we make friends with ourselves we no longer have to be so self-involved. It’s a curious twist: making friends with ourselves is a way of not being so self-involved anymore.
Then Dogen Zen-ji goes on to say, ‘To forget yourself is to become enlightened by all things.’ When we are not so self-involved, we begin to realize that the world is speaking to us all of the time. Every plant, every tree, every animal, every person, every car, every airplane is speaking to us, teaching us, awakening us. It’s a wonderful world, but we often miss it.”
Buddhism and “The Matrix” Each Friday, we share three topical longreads in our Weekend Reader newsletter. This week, LionsRoar.com editor Sam Littlefair reflects on the Buddhist themes in The Matrix, 20 years after the film's release.
