Božić je pred vratima, a Culinary Lab u priprema posebnu Christmas Edition radionicu koja će vas uputiti na pravu blagdansku kulinarsku avanturu! Pod stručnim vodstvom poznatih chefova, Hrvoja Zirojevića i Ivana Pažanina, sudionici će naučiti pripremati tradicionalne božićne delicije s modernim twistom, a sve uz vrhunsko vino i opuštenu atmosferu.

Radionice će se održavati kroz cijeli prosinac, a prvi datumi, 9. i 10. prosinca, bit će prilika za usavršavanje kulinarskih vještina u spremanju bakalara – od klasičnih recepata do inovativnih jela koja će oduševiti vaša blagdanska druženja.

Ova radionica savršena je prilika za sve koji žele uživati u kreativnoj i cozy atmosferi, naučiti nove kulinarske trikove i uživati u dobroj hrani i piću. Gin o’clock has arrived! June 8 is World Gin Day, the perfect occasion to indulge in some exquisite craft gins from Dalmatia. These gins, all award-winning and crafted with local botanicals, are a true testament to the region’s rich heritage.

First up is crowned the best London dry gin three years running. Dubbed “Dubrovnik in a bottle,” this gin encapsulates the spirit of the city.
From Imotski, we present an aromatic and finely balanced London dry gin with a distinct Mediterranean signature.
, hailing from Vrgorac, was named the best Croatian gin distillery in 2023.
On the island of Vis, we discovered , a botanical gin distilled using a carefully selected blend of 13 Croatian botanicals, most of which are hand-picked from the slopes of Mt Hum (587m), the island’s highest peak.
Next, we have from Dubrovnik. This gin captures the essence of the meadows and gardens of Konavle, Župa, Rijeka, Lastovo, and Kalamote.
Lastly, .hvar22 is a craft gin that serves as an alcoholic tribute to Hvar, Croatia’s sunniest island.
