Later on, a hotel company from Kraljevica with the same name also joined the Company in 1965. On 19 April 1994 Jadran hoteli became a joint-stock company. The Company is not very well known by its name but its properties are, in particular city hotels, Continental, Jadran and Neboder. These hotels are of long tradition and widely recognized. Even many historical documents show that these hotels have played an important role in the city’s life. All three hotels have been among most popular meeting places for the inhabitants of the east side of Rijeka, where they mostly spent their free time.
