It carries flowers. Obviously.
Springtime hit, the garden needed attention, and I ended up at a brand new nursery I'd never visited before. Just down the road, but a whole new discovery. First tomato seedlings made the cut too. Zero regrets. Slightly lighter wallet.

(When a woman ends up surrounded by flowers, it never comes cheap. Ever.)

In my village of Kučiće, the “Bubnjari” keep an old Easter tradition alive. On Good Friday and Holy Saturday, when the church bells fall silent, they play wooden drums, a version of clappers, instead. It is a unique custom that carries faith, memory, and the spirit of our village through generations.
